I reserve the right:

• post or not post any finished artwork on the platforms I use;
• use the finished artwork for self-promotion (banners, convention announcements, merchandise, etc.); private commissions are available, see the Private Commissions section;
• refuse to accept an order without providing a reason;
• use the finished artwork to publish it on subscription platforms such as Ko-Fi, Patreon, etc. </aside>

Generally, once the artwork process has started, a piece takes between 4–17 days to be completed, but it may take longer if issues arise. I will inform you in advance if more time is needed, but if you haven’t been notified and the wait is longer than expected, feel free to reach out.

If you have commissioned me and want to know the progress in case I take longer than expected, you can message me at any time and I will gladly keep you updated.

Using my art for personal purposes is allowed. My art can be put for display on any platform with a sole restriction to make sure there is an indication of my authorship. Any changes to my art are strictly forbidden.

Private Art Commissions

Private art commissions imply that the order will not be posted anywhere on my social accounts or used for self-promotion purposes. These orders are charged 30% plus to the usual art commission price.

Auctions

All my auctions are held on YCH.art, YCH.commishes websites or on my Furaffinity account.

Do not make a bid or book a slot if you cannot make a payment.

Always read the description of all of my YCH's, commissions and adaptations for additional terms that may apply. In most cases all of my YCH's will be changed completely for your character (exemptions are always stated in description).

Process and revisions:

• Sketch: During the sketching phase, I will show progress to gather feedback and apply corrections.
• Lineart & Base Color: At this stage, only corrections related to base colors are allowed in case something was overlooked.
• Render: No corrections are allowed at this stage.

Payments

Payments are only accepted via PayPal.

Commissions must be 100% prepaid in advance to be accepted.

There are two payment methods available on PayPal:

Invoice (Recommended):

With this option, I will request the necessary information to create an invoice.

The invoice serves as proof of payment for banking or accounting purposes.

Direct Payment:

This is a simpler method where I provide my email and you send the payment directly.

Recommendation: do not include a shipping address, as this may cause the payment to be held, which could delay the creation and delivery of the artwork.

The invoice option is recommended as it provides better financial security and can be useful in case of disputes.

I offer 48h for the payment to be submitted, which can be extended upon request. However, work will not begin until the payment is received.

SFW & NSFW

Each artwork can have both an SFW and NSFW version if requested, with an additional 5% fee of the total order price.
